My husband and myself have both heavily invested in Aballong as well as my daughter who desperately needs to get her withdrawal. We send emails to Alrea about this but all we get are automated replies as follows: "We will carry out all payments, Best Regards, Alrea". My husband and I have not asked for a withdrawal yet but have written only to ask why we are not seeing the bets that Martin is doing on the site as it has been before, particularly now that the World Cup is on as well as Wimbledon Tennis (they missed the French Open). It is extremely worrying that we are not getting proper replies, especially if they have help now as Alrea suggested they do. We tried to telephone on the number she has given but that line is dead - even more worrying! Would love to hear from her and Martin as to what is happening - we had so much faith in them as they seemed to be genuine, good people. I hope they can restore that faith. Otherwise we are afraid we have lost an enormous amount of money which we cannot afford to lose at our age - this was to help with our retirement as we are both in our 70s.

Dear "Same Investor"
Thank you for your kind words and your PM. Couldn't reply with a PM as I haven't enough posts. We are just praying that Aballong comes right; Alrea and Martin seemed to be such good, genuine people and we are not only disappointed in them but devastated at the loss of our money plus we thought it would help our daughter who has just moved house and needed extra for her mortgage. We told her to invest with Aballong and now feel absolutely dreadful about her situation too. I wonder if Alrea and Martin read this? If so, I wonder if they have a conscience. Probably not, otherwise they wouldn't have done what they seem to have done. I believe in what goes around comes around and that they will be payed back.
We, too, are with Themco. Let us hope for better things from them and pray that we can recoup our losses with Aballong.
Have a good day and blessings to you.

Hello Mar 2010
Again, I have not had enough postings to be able to reply to your PM so it has to be here for now. Thank you for your latest message and I can only wholeheartedly agree with what you have to say. I would be very interested in your thoughts on this: I am interested in the ad for "ARBS BETTING" on the right hand side of the Home page on Flaxtalk. The format looks remarkably similar to the Aballong format and I am wondering whether Alrea and Martin have gone off and opened another site, doing a similar thing??....... I wonder if there is any way we could find out. Let me have your thoughts.
Off to bed now, am very tired and it is very hot and humid.
Will look forward to your next message.
Good night!
L.

I was paid an STP withdrawal a few weeks ago, right when they reopened. On the other hand I still have two LR withdrawals pending, the oldest being from 17 May. I got the exact same email as blessed did. I replied asking 'WHEN' I could expect the payment(s) but no response.
My experience is that when 'support' gives you these type of poor answers, or none at all, the end is near. Add to that the fact that there is close to zero communication in the form of updates and no bet statistics and you'll see that this is probably a dead end road.
I keep hoping for the best but the longer this is taking the more I start to believe that they ran off with our money or that they are in deep sh*t :-(
I've seen this before with an Australian horse betting program. They owner took out money to buy a new house, then needed some more for the move and the redecoration and next thing we knew that sad excuse for a program administrator had too little to work with to be able to pay up. Then came the lame excuses, the program freeze and in the end he ran off never to be heard from again.
I hope Aballong is better than but it seems to me that at the very least they are hiding things from us.

Hi stapes,
Can't speak for everyone, but as far as I am concerned, Aballing is dead & gone......No payments since re-opening & no contact........Game Over.....

"Earnings history" shows the continuing earnings since the re-start date of June 15 (which was their planned re-start date). I applied for a withdrawal to STP on June 15 and it was received the same day. So why the gloom Grumpy?

Hi Harding,
Yep, you're right. Now I've re-read post it does sound gloomy, depressing even. (sorry about that, stapes)
'Earnings history' is still working, that's fine. But earnings are no good to anybody if they are not paying, True?
I have applied for more withdrawls, they are still pending.
Also tried to contact Admin, no answers yet.
You have to ask the question 'Why has there been no communication'
It doesn't take long to send an email.... one to reassure the members and give hope of recovery.
(All I really want is for this prog to sort out their problems and get back on track!)
What I (and stapes) would like to hear is the opinion of the other members of this prog.
There must be many members here that are in aballong.
Share your opinions, fellow members.....What do you think?
Hoping to finish on a lighter note...
You got paid, so warm congratulations are offered....
Best of Luck to all, and let's hear those other opinions!
Might even cheer me up a bit!
G
PS. I have tried to answer this post 3 times..probably got lost in the migration to new host. hope this one gets through.
