Some Updates, WBwso, and Review published

So if WBwso is based on a real business, this should not affect the site very much. Still we will follow up this and look what happen.

Hi Lea on the contrary any business model colleting funds needs to be licensed, to do so other wise it is against the law. When your licensed as well you can not solicit with a set rate of interest and this gets technical as well. As you see on my site i do not publish much on the site out side and rates are give on the advertising up to 25% which makes it come into the grey line of advertising.

Business can collect funds in a Joint venture agreement if they are not licensed that means every one gets shares and even this has some technical issues to each jusrisdiction it is in.

Unless they come up with a good explanation then again they are what they are. I dont like to post anything on or about other sites, Since i run one but you always take time to enlighten people with your thoughts and teach them to safe guard them selves, so i am lending a helping hand.

Grumpy's thoughts on Interfering Busybodies vs. WBwso

Otherwise known as FSA, SEC, and various other bodies that are "protecting us from these scams/ponzis". Take your pick.

These are just my thoughts.


Current WBwso 'crisis':-

I first noticed this on RelaxMoney's site, and thought "Here we go again"
Another classic example of Governmental Interference in a 'game' that has been paying me without any problems whatsoever since I joined it a few months ago.
I know some people that have joined it since day one, again Absolutely No Problems. Just keeps quietly plodding out those payments. The ideal proggy.
We have seen this interference before, Genius Funds is only one example. It WILL happen again.


The point is, The FSA are warning the poor, misguided people who are 'investing' into WBwso/any proggy that they will not be able to help in any way to recover any of your money if something goes wrong.
I have said before & will say again. No surprise there.......

Truth is, If they do close it down, we 'investors' can say goodbye to whatever money we have in WBwso/any proggy. The FSA will take all that money and think up a reason for keeping it.
Taxes for instance..



So what will happen now?

The FSA may well close down this ponzi because, let's face it, that is what they call ANY prog that has been paying people for months, years, whatever.

The 'investors' will put no more money into WBwso, And it may crash because no more money is coming in because despite what WBwso say, it may actually BE a ponzi.

WBwso may use this as an excuse and scam us anyway.

Which means we will lose our money....
Can't win, can we?

What happens, will happen.



What am I going to do about it?

Sit on the fence and whinge. I'm pretty good at that.

All joking aside, these things have happened before, and will happen again.
We will just have to wait and see what happens.
Simple as that.

We recently stop the internal transfer function since this was in breach of FSA rules (we could be seen as a payment processor and for that we do not have a license).
We are also working on removing the "add funds to account" and all purchases will have to be made direct via the payment processor since this is also one thing we are in breach with the FSA regulations.
We are in contact with the FSA regarding this, and buying-selling-adminsitrating webites and domains is not a regualted service, so it is a matter of removing the functions that make us breach the rules. This is in progress.#
Also you can check directly with the goverments own website that we are correctly registered, companieshouse.gov.uk, use the webcheck function and search for WBwso Ltd.

I'm pretty sure WBwso is for real, they are registered in the UK. It is pretty easy to seek them out:

With close to 5,000 domains registered to David Taylor's (=owner) account I'm not worried at all they disappear although history teaches us that this can always happen, for one reason or another. As always don't bet the house!

I even saw my referrer credits go up so apparently most people don't know about this or don't care.

like Grumpy already pointed out; if your money is locked in there.. it is locked in there. Nothing you can do about it now. Wait and see. I'm not going to lose any sleep over it though ;-)

I believe wbwso will go down when the 3 year period of the first member who compounded for 100% will have matured.
Give me 100 dollar and I give you 90,000 dollar back after 3 years? Even wbwso cannot do that.
The first member who wants his 90,000 dollar will take this program down. Just my humble opinion. (... And I hope I'm wrong, because accidently I compounded in one of the wbwso-packages.)
